• All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by SENSITIVE SKIN as responsible for the personal information.
• SENSITIVE SKIN reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
• Events outside of SENSITIVE SKIN’s control shall be considered force majeure.

By placing an order at with SENSITIVE SKIN, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at SENSITIVE SKIN for the sale and supply of any products.

None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Payment

All products remain SENSITIVE SKIN’s property until full payment is made.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from SENSITIVE SKIN.

All transfers conducted through SENSITIVE SKIN are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.

Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Damages & Defective Items

All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Local Taxes

Please note that local taxes may occur, depending on the region to which the order is shipped.

These charges are at the customers own expense.

Sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped within Florida and is 7%.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by SENSITIVE SKIN to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you.

The information you provide is only available to SENSITIVE SKIN and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request SENSITIVE SKIN to delete or correct the information held about you.

By accepting the SENSITIVE SKIN Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside SENSITIVE SKIN’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that SENSITIVE SKIN is released from SENSITIVE SKIN’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers.

The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. In no case shall SENSITIVE SKIN, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SENSITIVE SKIN and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SENSITIVE SKIN uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor.

SENSITIVE SKIN reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.

At the event of when a product is sold out, SENSITIVE SKIN has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.

SENSITIVE SKIN shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
