How We Handle Conversations in Our AI-Assistant App
SENSITIVE SKIN offers an assistant experience that operates within a third-party artificial intelligence platform (currently OpenAI / ChatGPT). When you interact with our brand through this platform, the following applies:
What is collected: the text of your messages and queries directed to our assistant, along with any information you voluntarily provide within the conversation (such as your name, email, phone number, or message content submitted through an in-app contact form, and any search terms or filters you apply when browsing our products).
How it is used: to respond to your questions, show you products and information, process contact-form submissions, and improve the helpfulness of the assistant experience.
Storage and retention: conversational content submitted through our app is retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterward for customer service and quality purposes (see Data Retention below). Contact-form submissions received through the app are stored alongside other customer inquiries.
Third-party AI platform: the assistant operates within a third-party AI platform. That platform (OpenAI) may separately collect and process your conversational content under its own terms and privacy policy, independent of ours. We encourage you to review OpenAI’s policies at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. We do not control how the underlying AI platform processes data on its own infrastructure.
What we do not do: we do not sell conversational content, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketing partners.
