Please note that SENSITIVE SKIN does not ship to PO BOXes and is not responsible for returned items that were previously shipped to a PO BOX.

Please note that we do not ship internationally at the moment.

Each product is made in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and potency. Express shipping is always available for an additional fee. Please contact us via this page if your order has special shipping requirements.

RETURNS

We want our customers to be happy whether or not our products worked for you.

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you’re unhappy with a product for any reason, please feel free to send us an email to support @ sensitiveskinbrand.com

To return a product, email us for a free return label. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once returns have been received, refunds may take up to 5 days to process. We are unable to refund shipping.

International refunds will only be credited for product costs. We are unable to refund shipping, duties and taxes.

If you’ve ordered a Travel Set, a Gift Set or any other Set, Kit, or a Bundle, you will need to return all of the products included in the Set, Kit, or Bundle in order to receive a refund. Partial refunds or returns are not eligible for a return.

Any products that of which more than 50% were used, products that were  tampered and filled with other fluids or substances are not refundable.
Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage, i.e., dropped, spilled, etc. — are not refundable.

Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund from Sensitive Skin, LLC.  You should contact the retailer the items were purchased from.
Only products from SensitiveSkinBrand.com are eligible for a refund.

Please note that Holiday Sets or Bundles are always final sale and are not refundable.
